Wedding Stationery
If required, one non-personalised sample will be provided FOC, before you confirm your order. However, in certain circumstances a small charge may be deemed necessary and this will be advised before despatch.
No minimum order levels apply on any wedding stationery range when placing your initial order. However subsequent re-orders must be for a minimum of 5 or more of the same item and must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail.
A non –refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value (including postage and packing) is required once an order confirmation has been received from KH Designs.
The remaining 50% of the order is payable no later than 30 days before the agreed date of the final despatch.
There is a charge for designing any bespoke stationery, which will be advised following the initial consultation.
If, following order acceptance, the customer requests a change to the stationery in respect of style and design this must be confirmed either in writing or by e-mail., Where such changes are significant, Karen Hussey Designs reserves the right to ask for additional payment to cover such design costs that may be incurred.
In case of cancellations, Karen Hussey Designs has the right to retain the initial deposit. If however, the order has been completed, the remaining 50% will also be payable.
All goods remain the property of Karen Hussey Designs until payment, in full, is received.
A proof of all your stationery requirements will be provided for your approval. Please ensure that you check all details, and when satisfied sign off your authorisation by either signature or e-mail.
Printing of your stationery cannot commence until approval has been received. Once content has been signed off, Karen Hussey Designs cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to ask for additional payments to cover such errors. Verbal authorisation and amendments will not be accepted.
Guest lists should be, wherever possible, provided in e-mail format and will be taken as correct once production of your order has commenced. Please ensure that all spellings are correct before forwarding names etc.
Please note where authorising of proofs is delayed, without good cause, this may lead to any delivery date being extended.
Payment may be made either by cash (in person only), cheque or via bank transfer. An invoice will be issued with the order, confirming due date for outstanding balances and bank account details.
Refunds will only be given after final proof has been accepted, in the case of faulty product.
Postage and Packing
A standard charge of £15 will be added at order confirmation, to all orders to cover postage and packing. Delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier (usually next day delivery), unless a local collection is agreed in advance.
General Terms
Whilst every effort has been made to describe our product accurately, all stationery is hand made and this can lead to minor variations. Variations from colours shown on our website may also occur due to monitor settings and colour reproduction.
Occasionally special materials maybe become unavailable and replaced with as close a match as possible.
Karen Hussey Designs also reserves the right to alter the price on its product range at any time. Prices quoted can only be guaranteed for 6 months from quotation.
